| Mission Wolf Sanctuary has been harboring wolves for 25 years. They only take wolves that cannot be re-introduced into the wild, and then Mission Wolf provides a place where the wolves can live out their lives in a natural setting. In addition, the wolves are used on cross-country trips for educational purposes, helping people understand the importance of "apex predators" in improving and preserving the health of ecosystems. |

Mission Wolf currently holds 30+ wolves. When all of them howl in unison, it creates a beautiful haunting sound like none I have ever heard, sending wonderful chills down my spine.
